Faithfront's Purpose
We help Christian employees and professionals process the conscience conflict, ambition, and purpose questions that come up at work — questions their pastor's never had to answer from inside an org chart, and their career coach doesn't have the theology for.
Our Vision
Our Mission
Pastoral formation, not career coaching, for the Christian professional — written by someone who has stood in the pulpit, run a P&L, and reported to a bad manager.
About The Author
I got licensed to preach in 2007, at Keo Baptist Church, and I've been bi-vocational ever since — Bible teacher, youth minister, children's ministry, church pastor, pastoral counselor, even an Army Chaplain candidate for a season.
I'm finishing my Master of Divinity in Pastoral Leadership at Andersonville Baptist Seminary now, but the ministry didn't wait for the degree. Underneath that sits a BA in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an MS in Computer Science from Full Sail University — one degree in how people actually think and change, the other in how to build the tools that reach them. The other half of my week has been spent running stores, not churches.
I started as crew. Years later I'm a General Manager — the P&L, the schedule, the hiring, fifty employees who answer to me, and a district manager I still answer to myself.
Most people writing about faith and work have stood on one side of that line. I've stood on both, most weeks of my adult life, at the same time. FaithFront is written from that seam — not career coaching with a Bible verse stapled on, and not a sermon that's never had to make payroll.
